Leveraging their own panel production facilities, these brands strictly control raw material quality, shorten production and delivery cycles, and effectively reduce the lead time for custom cabinet manufacturing. At the same time, they are continuing to penetrate third- and fourth-tier city markets, intensifying recruitment efforts in county-level cities, and improving their nationwide offline service network. By enhancing their one-stop service capabilities—including on-site measurements, design and installation, and after-sales maintenance—they aim to further capture market share in these emerging markets.
